Cuddington, Delamere Park & Sandiway Village Plan
Parish or Village Plans aim to give local areas greater involvement in deciding what they want to see happening in their communities over the short to medium term. This is completely different to the Neighbourhood Plan.
Every home was surveyed during 2013/14 over a wide range of local topics. As a result, a plan consisting of Environment, Traffic and Transport, Facilities and Communities issues was produced and approved by the Parish Council in 2015.

An Implementation Group was formed and worked on the recommendations in the report during 2015/17. They produced a final report in October 2017 which was considered by the Parish Council.

The Parish Council approved in July 2018 a policy document “Here are some of what the Parish Council do”. The document includes most of the recommendations agreed by the Parish Council in their response to the Implementation Group’s final report.
It should be noted that the Village Plan was produced in 2015 based upon survey work done a year or two before. Things move on, priorities change and therefore actions in future may need to reflect this changing landscape.
